Our Service Promise:

Our service promise is simple: to provide the best cleaning service possible.

We will pay attention to the details, we promise.

Supplies needed to clean your home will be provided, however, to prevent the spread of illness or pest transfer, we ask you to provide the following: A vacuum, broom, and toilet brush.

Payment Policy:
For residential customers, payment is due upfront at the time of service. You may choose to pre-pay for your services using our PayPal button, or you may pay in cash the day of service. If you are a regular customer, you may pre-pay using PayPal on our payment page, or pay by check/cash at the time of service.

Commercial payment terms are Net 30, by check.

Returned Check Policy:
If a check is returned for any reason, there will be a fee of $30.00.

Cancellation Policy:
Should the need to cancel your cleaning arise, we ask you be respectful of our other clients, and give 24 hours notice. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior, there will be a cancellation fee.
